Medical Oversight
All medical services are provided under the supervision and clinical oversight of a licensed physician in accordance with California law. Treatment eligibility is determined through an individual medical evaluation prior to receiving any IV, IM, or Home Edition therapy.
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
- Complete a medical intake form before treatment
- Be approved by a licensed medical professional before any IV, IM or Home therapy
Appointments, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Appointments may be booked online or through our concierge team.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
All services are non-refundable once rendered.
Due to the medical nature of our services, all Home Edition products are final sale and non-refundable once shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or professional reasons.
Payments
All payments are due at the time of booking or service.
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice.
Home Edition Orders
- Orders are subject to telehealth approval and medical review.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and availability.
- All products are for personal use only and may not be resold.
- Due to the medical nature, Home Edition kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Vitamin and peptide therapies are provided through licensed pharmacies following a telehealth evaluation and provider approval. Products are intended for individual use only and must be used as directed. Due to the medical nature of these products, they are non-returnable as required by law. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
You understand that all IV, IM, and Home Edition therapies involve inherent medical risks, including but not limited to bruising, infection, irritation, allergic reactions, dizziness, or other unforeseen complications.
By proceeding with any service, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
You agree to release and hold harmless IV Edition, its medical providers, and staff from any liability arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, as permitted under California law.
